CAASE18 - The Conference on Advancing Analysis & Simulation in Engineering

June 05, 2018

NAFEMS Americas and Digital Engineering (DE) are teaming up to present CAASE, the Conference on Advancing Analysis & Simulation in Engineering, June 5-7, 2018 in Cleveland.

CAASE18 will bring together the leading visionaries, developers and practitioners of CAE-related technologies in an open forum, unlike any other, to share experiences, discuss relevant trends, discover common themes, and explore future issues.

The conference will cover a wide range of topics, addressing every aspect of engineering analysis and simulation during a 3-day program articulating around 4 key themes:

  • Driving the Design of Physical Systems, Components & Products

  • Implementing Simulation Governance & Democratization

  • Advancing Manufacturing Processes & Additive Manufacturing

  • Addressing Business Strategies & Challenges

As a long-term partner of NAFEMS, DPS will hold a booth at the conference.

We will present a paper focusing on knowledge management and the growing need of capturing, sharing and re-using data and information across multiple tools, disciplines, entities, and companies to foster and ease Engineering Collaboration which constitutes one of the biggest challenges for the future of the industry.

This presentation will illustrate how to we leveraged aircraft structures design with engineering collaboration by means of karren.

COE 2017 - Renaissance Orlando at Seaworld - Orlando, Florida

April 23, 2017

COE is the only international professional organization uniting the users of Dassault Systemes software. With thousands of users in hundreds of member companies, there is no better support community.

At COE again this year Digital Product Simulation Inc. will showcase several case studies based on customer projects. Several demonstrations using automotive and aerospace projects will let you experience the benefits of simulation based design and knowledge sharing, especially using the newly released tool karren.

Come visit us at our booth N°102 to experience the added value of performing trade-offs within early stages of a product’s design cycle. You will also get the opportunity to meet with our experts and share your concerns and research potential improvements for your projects.

DPS will also present a paper focusing on knowledge management and re-use across multiple tools, disciplines, entities, and companies. This presentation will be illustrated by different industrial stories in which such an approach has been implemented within karren to leverage collaborative engineering capabilities.

NAFEMS Multiscale and Multiphysics Modeling & Simulation

March 28, 2017

NAFEMS is the International Association for the Engineering Modelling, Analysis and Simulation Community. It is a not-for-profit organization established in 1983, aiming to establish best practice in engineering simulation, promote collaboration and communication and being an advocate for the deployment of simulation. Through the years, NAFEMS has been recognized as a valued independent authority that operates with neutrality and integrity.

DPS is a company specialized in simulation and Computer Aided Engineering with a strong expertise in optimization, process automation, CAD/CAE integration within CATIA V5 environment and software development for now 20 years.

Therefore, as a strong actor in the overall simulation community, DPS is proud to participate in NAFEMS Americas Conference this year in Columbus, Ohio.

DPS will present a paper focusing on knowledge management and re-use across multiple tools, disciplines, entities, and companies. This presentation will be illustrated by different industrial stories in which such an approach has been implemented to leverage collaborative engineering capabilities.

We are looking forward to meeting up with you at the event and sharing experiences of simulation, analysis and Computer Aided Engineering as well as to discuss your expectations and outlooks of simulation for the future.

SIMULIA Great Lakes Regional User Meeting

October 20, 2016

Regional User Meetings bring together users to share their knowledge and experience in advancing methods and technology for finite element analysis, multiphysics, process automation, design optimization and simulation management. Attendees will discover new capabilities within Abaqus, future strategies of SIMULIA; provide input on future software enhancements and network with other users to share experiences and new ideas.

DPS will participate in Plymouth Regional User Meeting as a booth sponsor in its quality of strong actor within the SIMULIA community as well as a Dassault Systemes partner (DPS is a Dymola reseller in the US).

During the whole day, we will provide materials, presentations and live demonstrations of DPS expertise and competencies.

Come and meet us at our booth.

Systems Modeling & Simulation Working Group

July 25, 2016

Systems Modeling & Simulation Working Group (SMSWG) is a joint between INCOSE and NAFEMS aiming to bridge the gap between Systems Engineering and 3D Simulation actors, entities and technologies. It gathers a large panel of experts and industrial actors involved in various industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, transportation, energy and so on...

The SMSWG holds monthly meeting during which they share presentations, ideas and feedbacks upon new technologies and standards aiming to leverage the use of finite element analysis, systems simulation, systems engineering for the future of the industry.

Within this context, DPS has presented KARREN, our new technology framework, focused on supporting behaviour based collaboration across multiple tools and environments.

26th Annual INCOSE International Symposium

July 17, 2016

INCOSE’s Annual International Symposium is the largest annual gathering on systems engineering with four days of presentations, case studies, workshops, tutorials and panel discussions. DPS will participate with our partner EIRIS, and will present systems engineering usage within KARREN.
